Tom M.Joseph
Dr. Tom M Joseph currently serves as the Director of New Initiatives at JAIN University, Chief Executive of the UK-based International Skill Development Corporation (ISDC), and Executive Chairman of the School of Future. He spearheaded JAIN University's national expansion - including its prominent Kochi off-campus - and built its digital learning ecosystem to serve over 50,000 students across 70 nations. As an edupreneur and co-founder of ventures like ISDC and United Skills Development Corporation (USDC), he has driven global education products, strategic M&A practices, and award-winning international capacity-building initiatives. Beyond corporate leadership, he acts as the Chief Facilitator for the Future Kerala Mission and the record-holding 'Summit of the Future', championing youth empowerment, innovation, and socio-economic growth. Academically, he holds a Doctorate in Education Management, a Master’s in International Business & Strategy, and is pursuing advanced studies in Social Innovation at the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School. Bridging diverse sectors, Dr. Joseph also manages his family's GI-tagged Vazhakulam Pineapple plantations in Kerala while actively investing in early-growth startups across EdTech, FinTech, E-Mobility, and sustainable technologies.
